Advance Day Pickup Privilege

Customers who pay in advance can receive their items from 1:00 p.m. on the day before the reservation date.
The actual rental price is 3,500 yen for 1.5 days.
If you wish to rent from the day before, please be sure to indicate in the remarks column of the reservation form that you wish to rent from the day before.

Group delivery or first day pick-up service

Delivery service to Hakuba and Kotani area is available for group use requests of 6 or more people. (For rentals of 2 days or more).
However, please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the schedule.
